ICC is a second-generation, local family excavating business. ICC is owned and operated by Mike Ingrassia. The company was founded in 1980 by his father. The two worked together on excavation projects across multiple counties in Missouri for 27 years. 
After his father passed away, Mike took over and expanded the excavation company to serve customers even better. Even today, ICC still believes in handshakes, personal availability and doing the very best job for their clients. ICC employees are trustworthy and hard-working.
