Dirt Moving

We can dig it and we can move it! We have multiple Bobcat skid-steer loaders to move your dirt and rocks to wherever you want them. Our expert contractors have years of experience with this equipment and can easily tackle any size job. We can bring dirt in, move to your desired location, and grade it for a future patio, building, garden or lawn. We can also cut out dirt and move to another location on your property.

Grading

ICC has experienced operators and the right equipment to get your grading done correctly and efficiently. We can grade your property to correct water drainage issues, fill low spots in your yard or prepare the property for sod or grass seed.

Utility Trenching

We have large excavators (trackhoes) and trenchers for utility trenching for water lines, sewer lines and septic systems as well as electrical conduit lines.

Water Mains and Sewer Mains

We dig sewer main extensions and water main extensions. We install storm drains, manholes and fire hydrants. We also install new sewer laterals for home or commercial builders.

ICC Services works with homeowners and real estate agents and municipalities to perform sewer repairs. We can perform sewer lining for difficult repairs so as not to tear out your road. For instance, if your sewer lateral goes underneath your driveway and needs repair, you don't want to tear up your driveway if you don't have to! We have a special process for cleaning out sewer line and applying a specially-formulated chemical to fix the pipe down inside without removing the pipe.

Landscaping Removal

Just bought a house with overgrown or undesirable bushes and trees? We can yank those ugly yews! We can also advise you on which parts of your landscaping may interfere with your sewer and water lines.
